RMMP (Request Manual Mode Privileges) is used to get privileges in manual mode. It is the counter part of Mastership request in auto mode. Once Request RMMP is issued by client, local client (like FP) need to accept this request with in 10 seconds. After 10 seconds, the request will be deleted. In order to increase the timeout, client need to call Poll for RMMP grant status to extend the timeout. A local client can make use of Get RMMP state to get user id of requested client and then grant/deny the request using Grant or deny an RMMP request. Once RMMP is granted, client can cancel the same using Cancel held or requested RMMP. A local client can also subscribe to rmmp events using Poll for RMMP grant status.
